Secret Pal Questionnaire Form Sign-up Sheet

Are you ready to kick off the new school year with a secret pal sign-up sheet? Well I have it right here for you, with a fall theme and lots of great questions like:

  • What are your favorite crafts or hobbies?
  • What do you collect?
  • What foods are you allergic to?

Download the document right here on my website and get busy handing those out to everyone who wants to be a secret pal this year. Before you make photocopies, be sure to fill in your part as the administrator of the Secret Pal program:

  • Who do we return the form to?
  • Where and when will we meet for the big reveal?

And there’s even a spot for you to write in the name of each participant’s secret pal (just in case somebody forgets whose name they drew). Here’s the document you want to download:

A Gift for a Teacher in August?

What should I give my office pal secret friend in August?

Why not? Teachers go camping too, and August is that month when everyone’s trying to cram in that last summer vacation camping trip.

If you’re looking for something in the $12.00 range, why not get your teacher pal this doormat for his/her camper?

But if you want to give him/her something inexpensive to eat while camping, the mega-marshmallows are available in stores everywhere. Add to that all the necessaries for s’mores, and you’ve got a camper’s dream:

  • marshmallows
  • Hershey’s solid milk chocolate bars
  • graham crackers

I bet you didn’t know you could buy marshmallow roasting sticks on Amazon for only $11.00! And they’re the kind you can fold up and take backpacking with you too!

But what if your teacher friend is busy teaching summer school and can’t go camping like the rest of us? Try this microwave s’mores maker. It’s great for bachelors. They will eat s’mores every night, if they get the chance. You can even stagger your gifts: one week give him/her the marshmallows; the next week the chocolate; the third week the graham crackers; and to top off his/her last week of summer school, the microwave s’mores maker. It would be a great “reveal” gift!
